Kommt vorbei und genießt unsere tollen Spargelgerichte!
Wusstet ihr, dass Spargel sich besonders gesund auf Nieren,Leber und den gesamten Verdauungstrakt auswirkt?
Durch seinen hohen Anteil an Ballaststoffen regt er die Verdauung an.
Es wird ihm außerdem eine entwässernde Wirkung zugesprochen.
Auch für Herz und Kreislauf ist Spargel gesund,speziell bei Bluthochdruck, Arterienverkalkung oder Fettstoffwechselstörungen.
Spargel ist also in Maßen genossen nicht nur sehr lecker sonder auch sehr gesund.
